Provided technical leadership for several internal engineering teams, overseeing the development and optimization of various products and internal management tools. A key achievement included spearheading the complete architectural revamp of the issue resolution system for RedX, ShopUp's primary logistics and delivery platform, which resulted in significantly improved operational efficiency and a more robust support infrastructure.
